1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with SendSeva, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

SendSeva is a payment automation platform that enables users to:

Schedule and automate recurring payments
Send one-time payments to other users
Store payment methods securely through Stripe
Manage payment history and notifications

3. Account Registration

To use SendSeva, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Standard processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and maintain sufficient funds for scheduled payments.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

SendSeva is not liable for failed payments due to insufficient funds or technical issues beyond our control.
